By using the Onyx Moon website or any application published by Onyx Moon LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You agree not to reverse engineer, exploit, or use our services to harm others or infringe on intellectual property. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

3. Content and IP

All original software, artwork, and brand assets are © Onyx Moon LLC. You retain rights to user-generated content, granting us a limited license to host and transmit it as needed to operate the service.

4. Paid features

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their respective terms. Refunds are governed by the store of purchase.

5. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the services will meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onyx Moon LLC's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
